STAFF - Our dedicated team of staff at BAMT have a wealth of experience specialising in training young performers and work at some of the top drama schools in the country. As a result, we know what it takes to succeed in a highly competitive theatre school audition.

ALL ROUND TRAINING - Our dynamic course consists of an equal balance of singing, dance & acting training - creating 'triple threat' performers that are more desired by leading drama schools..

INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT - At BAMT we strive to create an environment that celebrates individuality. Therefore, unlike A level/BTEC courses in performing arts in schools, our training is tailored to each students' personal needs.

WEEKLY ONE-ON-ONE SINGING LESSONS - We are the only training establishment of this kind in the area with weekly one-on-one singing sessions. Each student receives a lesson developing technique with our vocal coach, plus a lesson expanding their repertoire portfolio with the musical director.

100% PASS RATE WITH TRINITY/LCM EXAMS - Students have the opportunity to take Trinity College London or LCM exams in Musical Theatre or Speech & Drama - which awards them valuable UCAS points required for entrance onto certain degree level courses. We also have a 100% pass rate with previous students taking the Trinity College Diploma in Musical Theatre at Associate Level (nationally recognisrd NQF Level 4 qualification which is the equivalent to the first year of a degree course).

CENTRAL BATH LOCATION - Based in central Bath, BAMT is conveniently located for students to attend - with classes taking place within walking distance of Bath Spa train and bus station.

VISITING MASTERCLASSES - Each term students have the exciting opportunity to take part in masterclasses led by visiting professionals - many of whom have had lead roles in the West End. Recently these have included Lucie Jones (Waitress/Wicked/Les Mis), George Crawford (Newsies/Waitress), Alice Fearn (Come From Away, Wicked), Olivia Moore (Grease, Heathers, Waitress), Jodie Steele (Six, Heathers), Louise Dearman (Wicked, Guys & Dolls, Cats), Michael Xavier (Miss Saigon, Phantom Of The Opera, Into The Woods), Clive Rowe (Guys & Dolls, Honk, Aladdin), Kerry Ellis (Wicked, Oliver, Les Miserables, We Will Rock You, Cats), Mike Jibson (Hamilton, Our House, Les Miserables), Oliver Tompsett (Wicked, We Will Rock You, Rock Of Ages), Hadley Fraser (Les Miserables, Young Frankenstein, Phantom Of The Opera, City of Angels), Caroline Sheen (Les Miserables, Mary Poppins, Mamma Mia), Julie Atherton (Avenue Q, Mamma Mia), George Stiles (composer of Betty Blue Eyes, Mary Poppins, Honk!, Just So, Soho Cinders), Mary Hammond (Royal Academy of Music), Natalie Andreou (Wicked, Rock Of Ages), Gregory Haney (Hamilton, Memphis), David Ashley (ArtsEd), Helen Colby (Sweeney Todd, Cinderella & Sister Act), Neil Ditt (Mary Poppins, Fiddler On The Roof, Chicago, The Bodyguard & Betty Blue Eyes), Tim Richards (How The Voice Works), Brianna Ogunbawo (The Lion King, Hairspray), Craig Adams (Mamma Mia, Joseph, and Zorro; composer of Lift), Louise Plowright (Eastenders, Mamma Mia, and Oklahoma), and Lyndsey Stokes (Dirty Dancing, We Will Rock You & Starlight Express).
